questionLooking around at what appears to be doing business 21st Century style, sometimes it makes me wonder: do people really know who they work for? Whether you work for a large corporation or own a small business do we ever ask that question?  Is it in our business plan, or discussed at the dinner table?

Could it be by avoiding that major area we are losing sight of  the values that our great country was founded upon?  I am not saying we need to go back, and see if we can have a do-over, because I love some of the awesome things happening in business now; but is it time to step back and see the big picture as our clients, customers, team members, co-workers, employees, family and friends see us?

As I sit here and write this blog, do I know why I am doing it?  Is it so I can cross this off my to do list, and complete my business plan of blogging on Tuesday and Thursdays?

Or is it to bring you here to our site so hopefully you see something that will make you want to do business with me and have one of my speakers, trainers, coaches, and authors at your next event?  That’s the message of “all about me”, isn’t it?

Or could it be to complete one of my core values and mission in life that Zig Ziglar instilled in me many years ago: “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want first.”

I challenge you today to take a moment and look at your professional and personal life and see do you really know: who you are working for?  Is it time to know?  It will rock your world Smile

Happy Terrific Tuesday,

“Simply” Sue
