We enjoy weightlifting (and other forms of exercise) because we’re convinced it helps us personally (with our health) and professionally (as professional speakers, consultants, mindfulness speakers, leadership speakers, and executive coaches). But carrying unnecessary mental/emotional weight is another matter. Stress is perhaps the greatest obstacle to health as to success in the workplace. Being able to pivot through change, including workplace change, is fundamental for success! Perhaps there are particular patterns that have taken a toll on you in your work or personally and it’s time to release them. What better time than now?
